An unknown sniper is at large in Hathian City. The suspect is considered extremely dangerous and has shown a willingness to use indiscriminate deadly force. Citizens should NOT approach the suspect, but dial 911 immediately if seen for an armed response.
The HPD has declared a ‘major incident’, all leave has been cancelled and we are mobilizing all available resources in order to apprehend the suspect. In the interests of public safety the following advice is being issued to all Citizens:
• Stay indoors, away from windows.
• Essential travel only.
• Run between buildings.
• Stay alert!
