Hey there, fabulous readers! It’s your girl Tiff, coming at you with the juiciest scoop from Laveau’s totally amazing Bites and Vibes Festival!
Let me tell you, this event was like, seriously the place to be! The music was poppin’, the food was to die for, and the drama? Oh. My. Gawd.
First things first, let’s dish about those beats! DJ Poppy, looking like a total goddess in her ripped crop top and barely-there skirt, was slaying it at the turntables.
She served up some serious French vibes that had everyone’s hips swaying faster than you can say “ooh la la!” I mean, who knew donuts and dance floors could be such a hot combo? And when she dropped that remix of “Murder on the Dance Floor”? Total eargasm, babes!
Speaking of hot, the Rusty Brown’s Donut booth was fire! My girl Eliany, rocking that adorable pink ensemble, was dishing out the sweetest treats in town. Pro tip: try the caramel apple fritter – it’s like a party in your mouth! And for those of you looking for a little extra sweetness, word on the street is there might be some special “slumber donuts” that’ll make your night extra dreamy, if you know what I mean!
But honey, it wasn’t all sugar and spice. Things got a little cray-cray over at the Stillwaters Asylum booth. There was this whole situation with a caged patient (Looks like Alice Crow – Ed) that had everyone’s heads turning faster than a spin class! Talk about intense! Dr. Henningar, looking sharp in his navy suit, and the fierce Athena were trying to keep things under control, but it was like, super dramatic. There was this girl with the most amazing claws (serious nail inspo, btw) who seemed pretty upset. But don’t worry, dolls – Dr. Henningar worked his magic and calmed the situation down. What a dreamboat, right?
Now, let’s not forget about the eye candy! Agares from the donut shop was there looking like a snack (and not just because he was surrounded by pastries!). And ladies, if you missed Driscoll at the festival, you missed out! That man who is leading the Lady Luck Casino could make even a potato sack look haute couture!
Despite the drama, the vibes were still on point! The whole town was there, from the cuties at the Empire booth to the mysterious Snake who seemed to appear out of nowhere. It was like one big, fabulous, slightly chaotic family reunion
Don’t worry though, babes! Your girl Tiff kept the party going, because that’s what we do in Laveau, right? We dance through the madness! I mean, my sequin dress was catching more light than a disco ball, and honey, I was living for it! All in all, the Bites and Vibes Festival was a total rollercoaster of fun, food, and OMG moments. It just goes to show, you never know what’s gonna happen in our crazy little town! From sweet treats to sweet beats, from unexpected drama to unexpected hotties, this festival had it all!
