Fireplay Brings the End for Spanky’s

On the afternoon of March 24th, Hathian lost one of it’s long standing businesses. Spanky’s opened it’s doors a couple years ago and has been a haven for the BDSM community through events and other activities. Thanks to the police lack of effort in controlling the gang situation in Hathian, it’s beloved doors will never open again.

The afternoon of trouble began with gun shots near the campus and CUPD responding in kind. Trouble made it’s way in the direction of Spanky’s where I ended up on scene having been in the area. The police were doing their best but with a constant barrage of bullets, they were pinned down. I watched as 3 suspects, 2 female and 1 male, stood outside a car and then began dousing the walls and ground around the building with gasoline. Two of the three suspects have been identified as Bryce Camden and Piper Rewell with known ties to the Rejects. The third suspect, a female, has yet to be identified.

Bryce Camden, waiting outside for his accomplices to finish the job inside, he acting as the get away driver it seems.

Once inside, the two women would threaten everyone there, mostly focused on one of the owners, Liz. Liz would later have this to say when asked what might have caused the event to occur:

“A gangster didn’t like an answer and then brought their friends to destroy the place because of it. Because that’s how things work in this hellhole. Gangs, they try to take control of everything, instil fear in their victims to gain power over them, over everything.”

– Eliza

In the end, an errant bullet would ricochet off Spanky’s wall and ignite the generator’s gasoline. This random event may have actually saved the lives of the people inside as it cut the potential torture much shorter and gave the need to escape for the criminals much faster than it would have.

Today a smouldering pile of ash and sooty brick pillars are all the remains of the once popular fetish club. I have been working on finding out what has come of the criminals that performed this heinous act and I am saddened to say that it appears to be nothing at all. As usual, the criminals are free and the CUPD/HPD have done nothing to apprehend them.

It all truly makes you think. Maybe the reason that gang violence runs out on control the way it does, is because the police are in on it all. Perhaps they are the crime lords that pull the strings of each one of these gangs when they need to. I, for one, will be digging deeper into the trenches of his hell hole we live in.

If you have any information that can lead to the identification of the third suspect, please let me know. Also, if you want to help dig out the corruption that feeds this city and have some information for me? Call or text me — (xxx) xxx-xxxx ((KariganKnight))
