Three teens serving time at the Youth Study Juvenile Detention Center in New Orleans, LA, overpowered a security guard late New Year’s Eve. Two of the teens were quickly captured within a mile of the facility but the third, Hathian native Ryder Millet, remains on the run.
Millet, 15, is described as medium height, stocky built, red-haired with a mullet. His arms are covered with tattoos. He was initially wearing an orange jumper, but he may have changed clothes.
