Letter to the Editor: Officer Not Dead After Explosion

To whom it may concern,

My name is Edgar Roland, and my adoptive father, Officer Tryce Jackson is currently in a comatose state at the local hospital after valiantly serving in the line of duty. While perusing your recent articles in relation to the Phantom gang war with the police, I had noticed that one of the writers had mentioned that an officer was killed in the line of duty. A close relation of mine has indicated that no such event happened and close relations to Tryce here in the city are currently under the impression that he is dead. As a means to preserve his image, I would ask that you make a formal revision to the article in your next newspaper, preferably including the fact that Officer Jackson is in the hospital in a comatose state and that his legal proxy is allowing visitors. Thank you for your time.

Sincerely, Edgar Roland
