In the morning of November 20, an explosion set one of the shacks at the sea front on fire, claiming the lives of at least two people.

To this point, the Observer is unable to confirm the total number of victims, but among the injured is believed to be an HPD officer.

The explosion and the resulting fire were caused by a propane gas line allegedly set on fire with a lighter in what is believed to be an attempt to cover a murder. From a distance, it was possible to spot a naked girl tied with ropes apparently already dead.
