Hathian Police Department’s Captain Joseph Ravinelli issued the following press statement:
“Over the past four months we have been able to follow a steady decline in the amount of petty crime and major crime throughout the city of Hathian. There was a slight rise during the storm we suffered about a month ago. Though most of the crime we processed was looting and theft. Since then, we’ve made several arrests and recovered most of the property lost. Since I have taken command of the Department we’ve seen a 37% decline in property crime and a dramatic 68% decline in violent crime. I’ve spear headed several initiatives which have not only increased patrol officers by 15% but have also managed to shuffle some of our declining budget to field full time detectives. I’d like to remind everyone that we have a crime tips hotline that they can call anonymously to report suspicious or criminal behavior. Thank you.”
