Dear reader, it’s been a little while since we first heard of Hathian Against Corruption (‘HAC’). They burst onto the scene with an explosive manifesto and claimed to have proof of dark arts being practiced by some in the Hathian PD. On May 24th, they appeared again with further ‘evidence’, including photos that they claimed were from the PD’s cellblock showing instruments of torture.
Subsequently, this reporter has via dialogue with the HPD been made aware of a very colourful past of two of the HAC contacts that have approached her, including various crimes committed against both officers and potentially innocents.
Two wrongs don’t make a right. The crimes of some cannot excuse those of others and this newspaper, and myself as editor, will not be drawn into moral arguments that anyone ‘deserves’ torture. Surely, some deserve long imprisonment (or an FBI investigation) but it is not for me to morally preach who gets hurt first (No one). All I can ask is that all stop and work together for the betterment of Hathian (a long shot with Tori and others around, but still a worthy dream reader?).
Carried below is HAC’s latest claims, which the HPD would have us remind readers is just a ‘claim’ and not ‘proof’.
HAC Writes:
As promised, we are now releasing a second package of evidence against the Hathian Police Department.
The evidence, which will be distressing for many, was sent to the partner of an inmate by an officer. The male officer stars in his self recorded, lengthy video committing physical and mental abuse of an extremely sexual nature to the Jane Doe.
In their own words, Hathian Police Department claim that their mission is “to maintain peace and order through professionalism, respect, and integrity“.
From this video we can see the following torture:
A blade is inserted into the woman’s genitals. She is then electrocuted using a car battery.
A Hammer and chisel to her broken collarbone and various other mistreatment occurs including extensive sexual abuse.

In response to the HPD’s claims that the photographic evidence featured in the May 24 article, ‘Hathian Against Corruption – Part 2‘, was manufactured or fake we state that the video appears to be filmed in the same room as our previous exposé Cell 4B, to which the HPD are claiming does not exist.
To support this evidence, various tools that were photographed are implemented during the torture of the Jane Doe, confirmed with supplementary evidence from a special source. It is not confirmed that any other officers are using the torture cell, but it certainly proves the its existence.

The Observer’s Thoughts
We know that such articles are never easy and that those impacted can carry the scars with them forever. Were there to be a rogue HPD officer, we believe that the top of the house will act and clear them out. Not only does the acts displayed hurt the soul of any human viewer, it also exposes a shocking lapse – have we really reached a situation where abuse of a loved one is sent to their partner from within HPD? This cop, who we don’t have details for, should this be true… are they called ‘Nitkin Junior’ or something, because truly, this is stupidity on another scale.
We have approached the HPD for comment and will update this article when we hear back. We’d ask all citizens to stay calm and try and achieve the good in their lives that this town deserves.
