My impressions were that Mr. Silvano appeared to not be very kindly about Hathian. He criticized in a very narcissistic way the behaviour and the modus-operandi of the officers present in the current terrible terrorist incident at Hathian General Hospital.
His whole appearance testified to an arrogance with airs and graces and he didn’t shy away from openly bragging about a million dollar fortune!
When asked if Mr. Silvano was considering giving a concert in Hathian, his response was:
“Maybe, I might. I’d have to find some replacements since the rest of the band members ain’t around, but I’ll for sure have to give it some thought. Might be a fun idea, actually. If I could find a venue to do it. Doubt anything out here could hold it, would have to be done on the streets for sure.”
