Cale Claven, 31, a former Hathian local, escaped the LSU Public Hospital last Tuesday morning. Due to a staffing shortage at the hospital patients have less supervision than needed, causing an increase of patient escapes.
The hospital staff and New Orleans Police Department suspect that he might head back to Hathian, a town he once resided in. State Officials warn citizens of Hathian that he is “harmful to himself and others and will attack anyone who tries to get in his way”.
State Officials urge anyone who sees him to contact the proper authorities immediately.
