Underground Boxing Brings Glory & Blood

Men grunting, fists flying, sweat and blood dripping to the floor. All elements of a classic fight seen any day on the Hathian streets, if you mix in a few knives and maybe an ill-conceived firearm. But in the wooden basement of Lou’s on Saturday afternoon, the no weapons were needed. Nor were boxing gloves, as two men, simply known as Damian and Monk, went head to head in a bare-knuckle boxing match that did not disappoint. Both men beat fists and flesh til they couldn’t any longer, as Monk knocked Damian out after a few highly entertaining rounds. How both men came to fight is unknown, though Monk has previously been linked to the evening’s ringmaster, Zero, and upon brief investigation, others were discovered to be ready to also jump into fighting at later dates.
