As the blackout continues in Hathian, many of the local businesses have shut their doors and boarded up their windows to protect against looting. “This just freaking fantastic,” sarcastically quoted Pie Hole pizzeria manager, Piper Delvalle-Trevellion. “I’ve got over two thousand dollars worth of product loss already.”
Without the ability to keep things cold, or cook them – the Pie Hole isn’t the only business facing massive product loss, not to mention loss of profit for remaining closed. A meeting is expected to be held among the Hathian business owners this weekend to discuss alternative options while the black out continues with no end in sight.
