In this city, where asphalt melts under footsteps and thoughts get stuck in traffic jams, an oasis has appeared for those who are tired. Jimmie’s Chicken Shack is not just a fast food van.

This is a place where spices tickle the palate, conversations burn as well as our signature sauce, and the air is filled with the aroma of charred chicken and hope.

They are — brother and sister who, instead of gnawing at each other’s throats, decided to feed this city. Mauro and Adri grew up on the ruins of their former lives and realized that it was better to roast their wings than to burn from the inside out. They feature in our header image.

Brazilian flair, a touch of madness, and spices that linger long after the customer leaves. People come for the wings and lemonade but stay because it smells like home—like magic that pulls them back. Every charred piece of chicken is their personal manifesto. Every drop of sauce whispers: “You’re alive. You can still feel. You deserve a break, even if this city says otherwise.”

Here, you can be yourself. Lean against the food truck window, bury your face in a paper bag of hot wings, exhale, and taste life again. At Jimmie’s Chicken Shack, there are no strangers—just family, even if only for the few minutes it takes for calloused hands to pass you a meal and lock eyes, checking if you’re really okay.

“We don’t promise ‘healthy food.’ We promise honest food.
We don’t promise a sterile cashier’s smile. We give you a real conversation.
We don’t just fry chicken. We melt the ice inside.
We’re here to feed this city. And if you’re lost? You’ll find us by the smell. And we’ll feed you like home.”
