The Observer has been made aware that tomorrow at 3.30pm on the Hathian Highway a new event is running. ‘High Tea’, which is queer social event hosted in collaboration with the Greenhouse. Our reporter caught one of the organisers and this soundbite encapsulates the event:
Think Church, but the gospel is weed and queer joy!
Trevor Pentewyn
The event itself is a weekly hangout and is for LGBTQ+ folks and the ones who love them loud, right, and real.
The Observer is very keen to support the LGBTQ+ community in Hathian. Not because it’s the ‘seen thing’ but because it’s the ‘right thing’. The community is making the town go round and making sure that you can be who you want to be. While they can’t fix everything, a little tea and a little weed probably go together quite well thank you very much.
Hopefully you can be there, 3.30pm ((SLT)) and if you have any questions, I’m sure either Yuki (from the Greenhouse) or Trevor (from FDH) can probably assist if you see them before then!
Details in the attached flyer!
