The HGH Fantasy Ball was a huge success raising a total of $135,600 that went directly to FDH to help rebuild and allowed them to continue providing valuable life saving efforts to our community.
Special thanks to Berthier Bakery who provided a $10,000 donation and the Russo family who donated an additional $89,000 in addition to their date auction donations. The date auction itself raised just over $36,000 thanks to the 19 volunteers from FDH, HGH and HPD in a rare show of unification from all the municipal areas of the town (we’re sure Bobby Boxer is happy to see them all working together again…)
In addition the the exciting date auction, guests were treated to drinks, appetizers and desserts , and the musical stylings of DJ Poppy.
The atmosphere got progressively spicier as the event wore on, with rumours circulating that the drinks and food were spiked with some sort of euphoric, libido enhancing drug. This reporter witnessed at least one fight break out before she decided that she had seen quite enough…
