Dr. LeMarchand met with this reporter on November 16th, 2024.

Observer: “So let me say before I forget ,thank you for sitting down with me to clear the air and set the record straight, please help yourself to a drink!”

Dr. LeMarchand: “Absolutely fine, happy to give the Observer my time. Kind of a responsibility of the role. So what would you like to know about me or HGH in general?”

Observer: “So, my first question is about the op-ed piece from Maja, the one that was published about you was an interesting read to say the least. What are your thoughts on it and is there anything you want to say regarding the alleged ‘cum bucket?'”

Dr. LeMarchand: “For what it’s worth? human semen will expire within minutes if not kept properly stored and under careful temperature control. Not to mention the god awful smell. So no. Any sperm samples are kept properly stored and are taken with the complete consent of the donors, for medical purposes”

Observer: “Recently the Observer interviewed an HPD officer by the name of Calhern. After the recent altercation with the HPD that led to the majority of your staff being incarnated, would you like to clear the air and offer your side of things? Especially after, let me check my notes, Calhern calling your General manager a, as I understand it, ‘blonde dingbat’?”

Dr. LeMarchand: “The animosity between myself and Lieutenant Calhern is well known and has been going on for the better part of a year now. We were amiable for a short time, but had a difference of opinion about Dr. Alice Crow and her continuing role at HGH. She wished me to fire her. I preferred to show Alice compassion. Mental illness is a disease to be treated, not a shameful secret to be stigmatized. I still stand by my decision to this day, to keep Dr Crow on staff and more than that. To promote her to Chief Medical Examiner for Hathian and now, for the entire region. I understand that Alice tended to act out and… attack HPD officers. Now that she has returned to the Laveau Clinic as its Director, perhaps having her out of their jurisdiction will help keep them apart. If they end up under her knife again? That’s on them. As for my operations manager, Ms Della Hopper-Marchetti is the beating heart of HGH. I could not run the hospital without her”

(Editor’s Note: Alice Crow is an organ trafficking, body hoarding individual who should never be allowed near a medical license, unless it is in the pocket of someone treating her for psychiatric disorders. This editor is disappointed with the stance of the HGH chief and therefore, reluctantly, will have to advise staff and our readers to treat HGH with caution. Employing someone who just a few days ago was drunk, abusive and aggressive at a family friendly event and who on a regular basis makes death threats to citizens and officers alike, shows poor judgement on Simon’s behalf (at best) and wilful succour to a mass-murderer, corpse abuser (at ‘worst’))

Editor’s Note: Psychopath Alice Crow is ‘gainfully’ employed in medical ‘practice’ in the wider Hathian area, with HGH Chief LeMarchand’s blessing. Take what you will from that by searching ‘Alice’ in our archives.

Observer: “Regarding Lt. Calhern claiming you made sexual advances towards her in that interview, what say you to these claims?”

Dr. LeMarchand: “Okay. I will be brutally honest with you, Ms Casen. I may have in fact made an obscene gesture towards Lieutenant Calhern, I will admit that. It was an argument. We do not like each other very much. I may have…. grasped myself and told her she could suck it. I am not proud of it. But things are sometimes said in the heat of the moment I mean, I can demonstrate exactly how I did it if you need me to show you. I assure you, there was zero sexual attraction in it for me”

Observer: “There are also claims that the staff has on different occasions wilfully injured HPD officers on purpose, I believe Lt. Calhern stated in her interview that an officer lost an eye in the MRI machine and someone tried to poison Capitan Heckler? What are your thoughts on these accusations?”

Dr. LeMarchand: “My staff have only ever defended themselves against the brutality inflicted on them by HPD officers in our own hospital. And out in the community? I maintain that statement steadfastly. Why should they just sit there and take it? They did the same to me as well, Calhern punched me clean in the face. It’s all on tape. I am quite sure their lies cannot hold in the face of actual evidence. HGH has CCTV everywhere, Ms Casen. The ice cream was held up by the HPD for so long, it melted. Of course, its not going to be very healthy by then. So no. It was never an attempt to poison him. We are physicians. If we want to poison you. There are far more effective ways to do it… Than ice cream…. The MRI machine incident I had not been briefed on, so I can’t comment on that at this time”

Observer: “Shifting gears to the fact that you are the youngest Chief of Staff in the history of HGH, that’s quite the impressive feat, how did you become the youngest?”

Dr. LeMarchand: “I was appointed by the HGH Board in August 2023. I guess they liked me enough to take a chance on me. I have rebuilt the hospital into a profitable business after the old building was destroyed. I have to acknowledge and thank the people of Hathian for their help with fundraising towards this. Their support is heart-warming. We do what we do. For them.”

Observer: “Circling back to the feud, as it were between your staff and the HPD It seems that there has been a lot of tension between HGH and HPD lately, care to tell our readers how and when it started?”

Dr. LeMarchand: “It was not always like this. There are some of the HPD that still remember the code. As do we at HGH. If we do not stand together. We fall together. The three Municipal departments are in disarray. And always will be, so long as they do not respect each other and work together”

Observer: “I would like to know is why you choses HGH? I mean your background is pretty impressive for you being so young and I bet you have your pick of the litter when it comes to Hospitals wanting to employ you, may I ask why you chose HGH?”

Dr. LeMarchand: “I was offered an internship at Cedars-Sinai as I graduated medical school in California. My adopted father sent me to Hathian to further our….business interests. After I time, I met Bebe Pink. And fell in love with her. Eventually we were married. She made me swear to stay and serve the Hathian community. She said they needed me. She wasn’t the only one that told me that. So did Simona Annaloro-Matfield. When I was languishing in the Delphine swamp in a deep depression after Bebe died. She brought me back to HGH. Kicking and screaming, admittedly. But I came back. I wouldn’t have done it for anyone else, but Simona. And now? They are both gone. I owe them both so much and I can never repay that.”

Observer: “My sister loved Bebe, I was just a kid when she died, she was also depressed. Sad times, I am sorry for your loss, truly. I have one final question, is there anything you want to tell the observer readers and the citizens of Hathian? Would you like to clear the air regarding anything at all?”

Dr. LeMarchand: “Hathian General Hospital… Is your hospital… We are here to serve you. You have nothing to fear from us No matter what I tell you, Ms Casen. It will be denounced as a lie. But I swear to you. On the lives of my children. Everything I have said is true.”

Observer: “Thank you again for sitting down with me, I really do appreciate it and I look for to speaking with you again”

((I would like to dedicate this article to Bebe as she forever lives on in our hearts, and the cats we used too always talk about.))
