On December 8th, 2014, former FDH Captain Jessi Noel’s body was found dead in the District 8 Park by the late Sergent Sarrah Carlucci and her K9 Dog Scar. She appeared to been stabbed in the chest as a missing large chunk of her cheek, which was found inside of her mouth. It has since been classified as a homicide and forwarded to the MCU.
Noel was survived by her daughter, Kittie Hema, son in law Dom, and grandchildren DJ and Lia. Noel was honored in a full ceremonial procession was on Thursday December 11th, 2014.
“Our condolences go out to her family and all those who knew and loved her, her death was a blow to our city, and she will be missed.” FDH stated about their former captain’s sudden departure.
