A secret source leaked a photo of two unidentified Hathian Police Department officers engaging in explicit sexual acts between the Art Gallery and the Sloppy Seconds thrift store in the middle of the day.
While HPD is known for being corrupt, one would think that in a city of excessive violence, officers would remain on alert while on duty. The real question on the mind of Hathian citizens, however, is whether or not anyone was harmed as a result of their obvious negligence. It’s a disturbing, yet likely scenario.
