Due to rampant speculation over a YouTube video that appears to show the murder of a Hathian Police Department Officer, the HPD have released the following statement:
“It is with sadness that we can confirm that valued Officer Niall Cheshire is deceased. His brutal murder was sent over social media and took the local internet by storm on September 19th. Such actions are a repugnant reminder of the dangers our brave Officers face whilst carrying out their duties in trying to protect the citizens of Hathian.
A full-scale Homicide investigation has been launched by the HPD Major Crimes Unit and the HPD is currently requesting anyone with information to come forward.
A suspect known as Matt Zero who can be seen in the YouTube video is wanted by the HPD to help with enquiries. Anyone who sees the suspect, described as a White Male, Muscular build, Approx 6’1″ with Black hair is warned not to approach the suspect but to call 911 immediately and to ask for MCU.”
