Whoa! It’s me getting my mind focused and work into great and actually getting better at following through on the month in reviews. Yesterday I caught up on March, and now here, hard on those exquisite heels of Annika comes April. God, who knows, maybe I’ll even get May done! Soth February 2026 review and the 2025 year in review as well.
For newbies: I select my top three articles for April and give you a brief synopsis of them, along with the link to them so you can either read them if you missed them, OR can refresh yourself if you wish.
April was a slower month, although the content was good. We had eleven articles to pick from, so a good selection and as ever, if you fancy your hand at writing for Stanley’s Illustrious Organ, under my ‘genle’ hand, then please apply at our offices!
We Can Do Better
Hathian terrorist (it’s a title that’s sticking I’m afraid) Tori married her new sweetheart in a ceremony that was both glamorous in terms of venue and decoration, poignant in terms of weddings and then Hathian in the sense the HPD arrived to raid it. Classic newsworthy material that will stay in our memories, even if (secretly whisper it) even I might have let Tori have her one day without cop interference.
A Serpent’s Forked Tongue
Our reporter Rose, who very tragically died in the last few weeks as a result of a drug overdose wrote this exposé of the Serpent’s Den in Laveau, where the manager/owner of the venue who she had once considered her friend, was reported to have drugged, kidnapped and otherwise abused her. With the recent issues related to cheerleaders and students in Laveau, and the potential link between Rose’s death and drug dependencies forced on her in the Den, this is one for all our Hathian readers to beware of.
Hathian Sex Parties Aren’t Just For The Sorority
Yes, I know… EON under Jizzabelle has now got a reputation for BDSM parties, so called ‘goth’ parties with plenty of nudity and then tattooing of new pledge bums as part of an initiation. Is it any wonder that in June a new sorority was formed, with perhaps less of a focus on the worship of intimacy? Still… she doesn’t have the full monopoly on it as the CNMF events in the Blues Bar show. Once a week, the venue opens for a bit of raunchy intimacy and this reporter for the first time in years was persuaded to get ‘hands on’ just this week. Probably not one for a review, but you can see an older review above!
