The Observer was provided with two CCTV images that may hold the clue to an apparent murder that occurred in Hathian. The Observer understands that the fully visible woman, featured in the image was found dead near Batterie Beach on or around the 8th of January 2026. We understand that the case is being investigated by the HPD but that no definite motive, witnesses or suspects have yet emerged.

The Observer is therefore hoping that our acquisition of these grainy CCTV and in particular, post image enhancement the clear identifying mark on the backside of one of the other persons present may help move the case forward.

If you are able to recognise either the victim, or the potential suspect in our CCTV (and we believe there is a third person present who is nearly entirely obscured) then please contact the Observer. You may also recognise the sparse room the image was taken from. Perhaps you have delivered doordash there or other packages?

Any information will be treated in the strictest confidence and can be dropped anonymously to the Observer if you prefer.

((Image would have censor bars applied to victim’s genitalia))
