The Observer’s Editor, Daiyu Tang was made aware of a potential sex-offender that has taken up residence in Hathian and/or Laveau and is alleged to be involved in the capture and brain-washing of women around the districts.
The individual, for whom the Observer has obtained a sketch is alleged to exhibit no remorse or qualms about his schemes which are meant to include:
- The use of drugs to dose a person
- Rape
- Collaring women and while under the effect of the drugs instilling a mentality into them that if they report the incident, or remove the collar they will be cursed by Laveau swamp voodoo
A brave victim who gave their statement to our sources indicates that she was hallucinating for long after the actual event.

Our source indicates that the individual might be trying to build a ‘harem’, and although this is not the first time in Hathian such an allegation has been made, it still remains disturbing. Our investigations indicated that the alleged predator may have a ‘type’: small, short, cute and sassy. Although from the Observer’s perspective, predators often go for those they deem physical weaker than they are, so who knows whether this ‘type’ is just an excuse.
