The Observer, via our editor Daiyu Tang, had recently reported an attack by a Clown who had attempted to drag her into an alley near Boubon. The story, HERE, is a reminder of the danger to women from some of the Hathian community.
We can report, exclusively, that a man, believed to be the said ‘Clown’ was apprehended by the Hathian Police Department (‘HPD’) and booked into jail for various suspected crimes.
As the individual had been booked, the HPD were kind enough to release the mug-shot that you see in the header and have asked that anymore victims contact an officer of the HPD to relate their encounters.
The Observer team is pleased that a dangerous man appears to have been put away and we hope that the full force of the law is applied in this case. While our position does not go as far as endorsing the growing campaign for the Chemical Castration of violent sexual offenders, we do understand the strong feeling this matter generates and why, to some, it is seen as the most balanced and realistic way in Hathian of controlling dark urges.
