Hathian Police Department (‘HPD’) are questioning a person of interest in the ‘Monkey business‘ burglaries.

These are a series of burglaries performed across Hathian at the end of February and beginning of March in which seven homes were broken into by someone wearing a monkey costume. Jewellery and other expensive items were taken, along with money, and, what made it strange, in every case a banana was left behind. Security cameras revealed the perpetrator was wearing a monkey costume.

The HPD says that the investigation remains ongoing. Despite their identification of a person of interest, they would still like anyone who has information relevant to the case to get in touch with them.
