Last Friday night, Sinner’s Club delivered yet another unforgettable event, this time themed around the back-to-school season. Hosted by the ever-stunning Stacy Carolina, the party was anything but your average classroom experience. Decked out in rebellious “school” attire, the crowd brought their A-game and we’re pretty sure most of them would’ve been sent straight to the principal’s office for breaking dress code rules.

Carolina, known for her great fashion sense, greeted guests at the door in a tight fitting cardigan prep sweater paired with a dangerously short plaid skirt and cute Mary Janes, setting the tone for the evening. The attendees poured into the club, strutting their stuff in a variety of cheeky school uniforms, ranging from varsity team captain to preppy with a twist of naughty.

DJ Poppy’s playlist as always hit the mark and had the crowd pumping, effortlessly blending today’s chart-toppers with nostalgic throwbacks that kept everyone out on the dance floor like they were reliving their high school proms. Hands were raised in the air, hips were bumping, and questionable karaoke was sung to the familiar sounds of old and new tracks that were spun. DJ Poppy had an uncanny ability to read the vibe, throwing in just the right mix of modern and retro tracks to keep the crowd moving, laughing, and singing along all night. From start to finish, the dance floor stayed packed, energized by the perfect balance of past and present, making the night unforgettable.

The music compliment the fashion creating a playful and rebellious vibe throughout the event. The guests, all donning their dress code breaking back-to-school gear, seemed to revel in the chance to relive their youth, albeit with far more flair than any high school student could get away with. Skirts were too short, blazers were worn without shirts underneath, and ties were either non-existent or purposefully loose.

Though some guests embraced the prep look, many went for looks that pushed the boundaries, sparking raised brows and compliments throughout the night. Even the club’s bartenders and staff got in on the action, with everyone dressed as though they were ready for class, though perhaps not ready for school administration’s approval.

I loved the vibe! Everyone looked fantastic and so confident. I wish this is what back to school had felt like in my day.” said one of the event’s attendees, grinning as she adjusted her tie, which looked more at home in detention than in a classroom.

Sinner’s Club has a reputation for throwing some of the wildest and most creative themed events in the city, and last night’s bash was no exception. It’s clear that Stacy Carolina knows exactly how to kick off the fall season in style, turning what could have been a regular school night into a party people will be talking about for weeks to come.

As everyone danced the night away in their back to school attire, the party-goers left Sinner’s Club with only one thought in mind: if school was always this fun, maybe they’d have been more excited to head back in September. We’re sure most would still end up in the principal’s office, but that’s just part of the fun at Sinner’s Club, where rules are made to be broken.
