Monday the 8th of May, the Observer received two pictures of supposedly a Hathian Police Officer Luis Eduardo Pavoli being tortured by Summer ‘Bunny’ Carter.
The pictures were particularly titled so that the identities could not be missed, and following this text messages from Ms. Carter confirmed that she is keen for the citizens of this city to know how easy it is to lure the police into compromising positions.
The pictures clearly show the police officer is stark naked and Ms. Carter is fully clothed. It leaves to the imagination as to how she managed to get this officer in this situation and why she might want it to be published.
