At around 4:30 p.m. on Monday, October 6th, an anonymous witness saw a thin, blond, female Hathian Police Department officer driving a police vehicle with a naked woman being dragged behind it by ropes.
The officer was heard shouting out the window, “Tell me where she is! I have got a tank full of gas, bitch!”
The woman being dragged screamed back desperately, “I know! I know she’s safe! I let her go yesterday, for the love of God, I let that woman go yesterday. Just stop, you can call her yourself. She’s actually safe, I swear!”
A witness caught a picture of the incident with their cell phone and reported it immediately to the press, voicing concerns about the apparent increase in use of excessive force by the HPD.
