It was another sign of Hathian’s crime ridden streets and local depravity when a local man was pushed from an overpass on Bourbon Street Thursday afternoon. In a morally bankrupt turn of events, as the man lay bleeding and broken in the streets, he was robbed by another citizen who took cash right from his wallet. Hathian Police Department and Hathian Fire Department reported to the scene yet were unable to detain the suspect accused of stealing from the man or the perpetrator who allegedly pushed him from the bridge.

“Some bum probably rolled him and ran off before I got here,” said Officer Jestyr with Hathian Police Department. “Shame what this city is coming to, really, when they see some guy bleeding in the street and can only think of scoring a $20 bill to feed the monkey, you know?”

The victim has been identified as Ivan Vancheskov, a 36 year old Russian born former Marine Corp officer. Vancheskov spent 4 years in a POW camp and had received over a dozen decorations including a Congressional Medal of Honor, as well as a Purple Heart.

Anyone with information in this crime is urged to contact the Hathian Police Department.
