In an unprecedented declaration by the Captain of the Hathian Police Department, Cpt. Hendrich Andel has made a challenge to any member of the Lower Ninth Rejects to meet his Swift Baton of Justice.. minus the baton. That’s right – straight hand to hand, these two individuals with fight one on one until someone goes down bleeding, and here’s the surprise.
Should the Reject win, Andel’s legendary career in law enforcement will come to an end, as he will resign as HPD Captain, and walk out into Hathian as a civilian.
