Parking Rules For Everyone

The Observer, no stranger to the HPD ticketing our News Truck was today quietly rejoicing in seeing karma in action when a person, officer or persons unknown decided to clamp a Police vehicle, allegedly belonging to Krystal O’Neil outside the Sinners Nightclub in Hathian.

In prior years the HPD parking enforcement has been known to tax citizens (including our editor) for parking infringements that were in some cases an abuse of process. Our editor always maintaining that she was reported and issued with a driving offence any time she was seen to even breath on a motor vehicle.

In recent months, the parking situation had seemed to be more stable and it was to be hoped that the HPD were enforcing the rules fairly and, ideally, that Hathian citizens were parking better.

The Observer is pleased to report that maybe one of those statements is true, in that it’s quite possible that HPD ticketed itself, but even if they did not, praise must be given to those keeping the sidewalks outside a busy nightclub well enforced from a traffic perspective.
