Looking for a place close to the city which is stylish and spacious?
Look no further than the newly built Nwa Anba Homes located in Black Bottom.
Nwa Anba translates to ‘Black Bottom’ in Creole. The development is partially owned by one local businessman who claims Creole roots and the co-owner of the Flamin’ Cajun restaurant, Ms. Denise Russo.
Three new houses ((250 prims for 1,500 lindens p/w @ Black Bottom SURL)) have been custom-built by Hathian Construction & Labor Union contractor Nathan Ferrer and crew.
The small development is a new string in the bow for CeDe LLC and for Ms. Denise Russo. The business partnership includes the Flamin’ Cajun restaurant on Grand Massacre St. and a wholesale retail warehouse business that sells produce and locally sourced fish/meat from the Flamin’ Cajun farm and allotment. They also own Motel Dyab and the bar located there.
“We wanted to hire locally so we decided to allow our experienced contractor to expand into development, albeit a small-scale one. We also wanted to move into building beyond motel rentals and are broadening our own horizons.” Ms. Denise Russo told the Observer. “Watch this space for potentially more enterprises and collaborations in the near future.”
