The Hathian Police Department (‘HPD’) reported to us on the apparent murder of one ‘Sally Weathers’, a local Hathian resident who had vanished in mysterious circumstances.
Sally was found with numerous wounds and other forensic evidence that was consistent with a prolonged assault.
The HPD inform us that it is however likely that her murder had occurred the day before her body was found.
The body was retrieved from the pier on or around the 27th October 2025 and our discussions with the HPD have linked it to the male identified as ‘Mark’ from our editor’s recent article on an assault.
Our Editor was quoted on hearing the news as saying: “If I’d shot him that day, then maybe none of this would have happened and Sally would still be alive. That’s on me. Hindsight but also a message to Hathian. Stand up for yourself, because even if you’re not Sally, you could be helping to make the next if you don’t do everything you can to stop the rot in Hathian!”
Anyone with information as to the location of ‘Mark’ (pictured right) should reach out to the Hathian Police Department, via Detective Inspector O’Neil or the Front Desk.
