This weekend’s election was a nail biter for citizens and candidates alike, but with the polls now closed and votes now tallied, the results can finally be known
Karn Nevelle, a 27 year old lawyer, claimed his spot as mayor in a tight race between him and the three other candidates. Subsequently, Perina McGinnis, 30, Inara Shen, 27, and Zipporah Caverly, 26, each took a seat in the city council, leading to a office that resembles Charlie’s Angels.
As of yet, no plans are underway between the four newly elected party members, as their first meeting still needs to take place. In the meantime, the outlook for the city has become a little less bleak.
