The Hathian Flasher has been seen again near Jimmie’s Chicken Shack with a crowd of people nearby. This is the second known sighting of the man with the small worm that has been making some of the residents laugh and some scared of ‘the worm’. It seems as if the Hathian Police Department can catch other criminals, but the Flasher seems to just slip through their hands.
Crime in Hathian is down it seems since the start of the New Year, but that won’t hold for long if the past is any indication of things to come, especially in light of recent pictures that have surfaced on Twitter. Perhaps 2015 will in fact see this decrease hold and the citizens of Hathian can breathe a little easier.
