Haithianites woke up to a major surprise yesterday when there was an explosion of two gas tanks in the early morning in the industrial district of the city.
Witnesses stated that at approximately 4:30 am they observed what appeared to be a white male, dressed completely in black while wearing a black baseball cap and carrying what appeared to be a small dark blue or black duffel bag.
He was reported to be walking towards two gas tankers shortly before the explosions; there were no other individuals around at the time. The explosions caused damage to two semi trucks and the storage building they were contained in. No other damages were reported and there were no reports of any deaths or injuries in the area at the time of or after the incident.
