Chloe, one of the new managers at Gore Butcher Shop, will demonstrate useful butchering techniques on a ‘rare’ piece of hunted game meat: Reindeer.
The menu includes the following dishes and should be a treat for all of Hathian’s foodies and food-lovers:
- Flash Fried Fillet of Reindeer:Made with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, stick of rosemary, rock salt, black pepper
- Roast Hind Leg of Reindeer:Made with butter, garlic, cloves, carrots, potatoes, lettuce
- Cured Reindeer ‘Ham’:Made with sunflower oil, soft brown sugar, black peppercorns, allspice berries, juniper berries, elderberries (dried)
- Reindeer Carpaccio:Made with fresh lemon, extra virgin olive oil, parmesan cheese
LOCATION: The barbeque grill in front of the Vudu Spice Shop. At the end of Battle Street in South Hathian along the border of Devil’s Pocket.
