Due to the growing number of students actually showing up to class, Seaside School and Youth Center is seeking a principal head-teacher to work closely with the school board on issues of management, discipline and supervising the on-site faculty. The principal will also be expected to deal with the parents of students on a regular basis.
The school and youth center has recently had an internal upgrade and caters to both elementary and high school age children.
It is preferred that the ideal candidate will have experience of teaching (however those with appropriate life experience will be considered), can handle unruly children, and has great organization and communication skills.
This is a rewarding opportunity for the right individual to mold the minds of Hathian’s youngest at the only registered school in the parish.
Salary will be negotiable depending on experience, and the best candidate will be chosen either from the existing staff pool or beyond. This is a very important public role where you can be dealing with interesting individuals and their offspring from any walk of life in Hathian’s colourful township.
