Just in time for the Halloween season, the city has opened it’s popular annual pumpkin patch located in the large public park in District 8.

The public park just behind the row houses is turned into a seasonal destination for citizens of all ages, not only offering pumpkins ready to carve or eat, but activities such as apple bobs, a kissing booth, and fun photo opportunities, and even a Lou’s Bar stand.

The pumpkin patch is a fun, family friendly precursor to the costume party planned later this month on October 26th, which will be held in the refurbished factory in Devil’s Pocket.

“Halloween is always a great time in Hathian,” says Mayor Boxer. “Though every year we seem to have an outbreak of zombies..”

One previous year, the gas leak that also is suspected to cause the explosion near Titty Twisters is thought to have caused mass hallucinations. Dozens of citizens reported seeing zombies roaming the streets.

The pumpkin patch is now open to the public and is open 24/7 until the end of the month.
