As rebuild efforts ensued, the campus and the surrounding town began to thrive again. From the strong purple-orange school pride of the “Looters” (school mascot), Greek chapters, to local businesses, the campus community is growing strong again.
University officials also established an open curriculum to local residents, offering workshops for part-time young students to adults. While this move is beginning to fill classrooms again, it has also attracted influence from the crime-ridden streets of Hathian. From Greek hazing, binge drinking, sex, protesting, drug dealing, to faculty corruption, University Police is constantly keeping tabs on campus affairs.
