Greenlee Morrisey, a lawyer working on behalf of Ace’s Crew leader Ryan “Rabid” Calhern, filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit on Friday morning in Hathian Civil Court against Hathian General Hospital, citing negligence in regards to the handling of Taja Rewell-Calhern, daughter of Rabid and Piper Rewell, leader of the Rejects.

“The hospital was negligent, reckless and careless in its care of the child, specifically by allowing a woman who had no parental rights to the child, to remove said child from the hospital,” Morrisey told the Observer, accompanied by paralegal Valena Jensen. “This has caused a domino effect if you will, resulting in mayhem and destruction all around this city. This breach of duty by the hospital placed the child’s life, as well as the plaintiff, Ryan ‘Rabid’ Calhern’s life in danger,” also citing “emotional distress” placed on Calhern since the war began.

While the figure is unset, the lawsuit is asking a minimum of $5 million from both HGH and the doctor directly involved, Dr. James Matfield. Dr. Matfield is said to have been Rewell’s obstetrician, and was later found burning on a cross in front of Rader Records, allegedly placed there by the plaintiff, though no charges have been filed in this case.

A representative from Hathian General Hospital was not available for comment.
