This letter was originally sent to the Hathian Police Department. It reads as follows:
Well “Captain” Jeremiah, I trust this letter finds you well. Just a heads up, your little piggies have been misbehaving. This displeases us, we have decided to take matters into our own hands in handling this situation. The citizens in this town are being instructed to dole out any punishment necessary in order to bring some semblance of peace back to our town. Take this as a threat, or promise, that your bad little piggies are now being rounded up for slaughter.
