“Got Milk?” was the question when an Hathian Police Officer was spotted outside the Clam store with his penis exposed. It was not clear why he had exposed himself but it was clearly a ‘small’ issue for the HPD to respond too. Several bystanders was poking fun at the Officer and a few of the women were overheard saying, “is that a Vienna sausage or a worm?”
Speaking with the HPD Public Relations Officer, they just laughed at the picture and responded with, “no comment.”
If you are near the Clam and see this Officer please do not approach as he is considered “not armed and not dangerous.”
