Hathian Squad car police chase in the city.

The hostile takeover of the police department ended last Sunday evening as police officers who managed to stay free ambushed the unsuspecting gang members.

Shortly after 5:00 PM, the group of armed officers, who had hospital staff standing by, stormed their station in an attempt to reclaim it for themselves. The gang members present, approximately half a dozen, immediately ran for the back exit, only to be met by the people they had been keeping prisoner.

Somehow, the captive police managed to get out of their cells and find weapons, such as swords and knives, and body armor. They went upstairs to confront their captors just as the criminals were trying to escape.

Through the mass amounts of screaming and gunfire, a handful of gang members managed to escape using the back exit despite the efforts of the tortured police and their armed counterparts. It is not known how many escaped and how many were arrested.

At this moment, details are few and far between. The scene, even after the gang members have cleared the building, remained chaotic for hours, and our reporters were unable to obtain any further information.
