An anonymous witness spotted an unknown old obese man in a wheelchair rolling nonstop down a hill into the flooded street yesterday afternoon.
She said that he cried out for help frantically as he and his chair sank to the shallow waters. A boat with two unknown Hathian citizens approached nearby. They heard his cry and allowed him to hold on to the boat, at their own risk, and dragged him ashore. Perhaps there is some decency left in this broken, corrupt town.
The witness reported that shortly after his rescue, the John Doe went missing. Neither the condition or whereabouts is known at this time. He is bald, approximately in his 60’s or 70’s, has green eyes, and 500+ lbs.
