A building on the red light district behind the TT bar on last November 13 at 1pm caught fire leaving it severely damaged inside and nearly cost the life of a young woman.
The fire hazard was long of the city knowledge, and time and again action had been required to prevent such disaster. All the surrounding buildings were at severe risk along the entire episode and so far the collapse risk of the entire structure and surrounding ones is yet to be measured.
